How do I book a session?

How do I redeem a package/subscription code?

Can I book a session within 24hrs?

Yes, but you must contact us first. Keep in mind, it is subject to availability.

How do I purchase a package or subscription?

2. Choose your desired package/subscription (at the bottom of the page)

How do I transfer a package to someone else?

Simply give them your specific package code and they can follow the  "How do I redeem a package" steps above. 

NOTE* Please Do NOT share your code with anyone unless you are transferring services to them. Refunds will not be given for unauthorized use. 

Can I transfer a subscription?

No, not at this time. Please check back as we are continuously working on improving your experience.



What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for Fascial Stretch Therapy™, Thai Yoga Massage and Athletic Performance Massage sessions. This sessions are fully clothed, so most clients wear fitness clothing.

Do I have to get totally undressed?

You are not required to fully undress. You can undress to your comfort level. Your comfortability is essential to your experience. Please keep in mind that certain modalities are most effective with bare skin contact.

Do I have to complete any paperwork?

Yes, all clients and members are required to sign a waiver of liability, prior to receiving services and/or taking a class. Massage/Bodywork clients must also complete a Health Information Questionaire. All documents are HIPAA compliant and confidential.

Please arrive 15 minutes, prior to your session time, to complete the documents and ensure you maximize your massage/bodywork experience time.

What if I am running late?

We understand that things happen, but please do your best to arrive in a timely manner as your tardiness will effect your session time and you will not be refunded for missed time.

Do you offer in-home or on location services?

Yes, absolutely! 

Is there an additional fee for this service?

Yes. We follow travel fee schedule listed below

(Travel time is calculated from 90028 zip code)

FREE for 0 - 45 minutes
$100 for 46 - 60 minutes
$150 for 61 - 90 minutes
$200 for 91 - 120 minutes

* NOTE: Travel fees must be paid upon arrival, before services rendered

Is there a minimum required space for in-home/on location services?

Yes, 100 sqft. for table sessions and 30 sqft. for chair massage

cancellation & refund policy


Can I get a refund?

No refunds.

There are no refunds for unused and/or expired sessions, packages or classes.

There are no refunds if you miss a session.

Please ensure that you are booking for the correct day and time as refunds will not be given. 

By purchasing a service, you agree to the refund policy.

Can I cancel my appointment?

All sessions must be cancelled and rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to session time. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full cost of the session or forfeiture of the session in a package/subscription.



Do you have parking?

We have limited parking. 

Free street parking is also available in front of the building and across the street. (Please read the street signs)

NOTE: Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your session.
